A B O U T

The original Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll was the first item sold at the very first Cinnabon store opened in the Sea-Tac mall in Seattle. It was the item which launched the chain and caused it to spread across the country. It's simply a hot cinnamon roll, filled with a dark brown sugar and Kona cinnamon filling, then topped with a cream cheese glaze which is spread on the hot buns, causing it to melt down the sides. Workers at Cinnabon retail chains make over ten batches daily.
